Urgently Required Assistant Manager HR (Recruitment & Selection) at Cotton WEB Limited

Responsibilities

• Attracting and hiring resources for the company in line with the hiring policy through advertising, own channels/network, HR database and Job Fairs etc.

• Tracking and identifying prospective candidates using a variety of channels/platforms

• Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process

• Analyzing & writing job descriptions

• Provide Assistant to recruitment team in find valuable resources for the company

• Shifted Resumes and schedule interviews with Line Managers

• Following up on the interview process status

Qualification: MBA ( HR), MHRM, BS HRM, CHRP

Experience: 2 to 4 years

Gender: Male

Location: Kamahan Atari Road, 16-Km off Ferozpur Road Lahore Pakistan
