JOB SUMMARY:

To ensure full implication of acceptable accounting standard while maintaining smooth flow of operations in accounts department and regularly reporting upon company’s financial standing to top management.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Experience in handling Oracle ERP based Accounting Affairs of a Manufacturing setup
Responsible for monthly, quarterly and annual financial costing  and preparation of Accounts
Well versed in dealing with accounting issues as per applicable Accounting & Auditing standards
Good understanding of Taxation and Legal matters including relevant provisions, rules and regulations
Experienced in preparing monthly Cashflow Statement in order to manage Company’s Working Capital Requirements
Knowledge of Treasury Management
Able to manage Financial Budgets and take cost optimization initiatives
Proficient in using MS Office
Able to lead a team of 25+ members
Excellent leadership, presentation, communication, problem solving & analytical skills
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

Education:                    Chartered Accountant
(Articles completed from one of the Big 3 Audit firms)

Experience:                  Post Qualification Experience of 3 -4 Years
